DAILY REGIMEN
Pre-Breakfast:  Drink Detox Lemonade (30 minutes before eating breakfast if you can)
  • 16oz filtered water, room temp or hot

  • 1-2 Tbsp Performance
  • ½ lemon or lime, freshly squeezed

DAILY TIPS DURING AND AFTER THE DETOX
  1. Drink lots of water every day! (half ounce for every pound of current weight) Remember, water is fiber’s best friend.
  2. Avoid alcohol, coffee, soda, red meat, dairy, and GMO proteins during the detox.
  3. You need 1 lb of vegetables for every 50 lbs of body weight to balance your pH.
  4. Continue to eat as natural as possible.
  5. Reduce processed foods, sugar, red meat, and white flour as much as possible.
  6. Go to bed early each night to get at least 7 hours of sleep (10pm-4am is the best sleep to support the liver). Quality sleep helps to keep hunger down and energy up.
  7. Equivalent meal options for lunch and dinner: You can replace the second or third Shaklee Life shakes each day with an equivalent meal consisting of 1 serving of fresh fruit, at least 2 servings of non-starchy veggies (fresh or lightly steamed), slice of avocado or handful of unsalted nuts/seeds, non-GMO beans, and a small serving of rice or any other gluten-free organic whole grains/starches (organic sweet potatoes or Yukon gold potatoes). Toxins the Silent Killer

The future of a strong healthy family must start with us controling the toxins in our environment right now. Many times folks don't think about the issue's that may arise in their health or family's future health because of toxic chemicals they were exposed to many years ago.
